As Story Producer, Jose helped shape the narrative of the series by developing character-driven storylines around the filmmakers, mentors, and creative teams throughout the competition and production process. During the production of the winning director's feature film, Jose worked closely with the editorial team to identify emerging story beats, creative challenges, interpersonal dynamics, and behind-the-scenes moments that shaped the filmmaking journey. Jose collaborated with producer and editors to craft episode arcs, organizing extensive footage, and transform the fast-moving production process into a compelling documentary narrative.
