Born in Ecuador and raised in Queens, New York City, Jose Toscano's path as a storyteller was shaped by the worlds he grew up navigating. A bilingual upbringing, speaking both Spanish and English, gave him an early appreciation for the power of perspective, connection, and the stories that bring people together.
Jose graduated from New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism and Television Production, launching a career rooted in documentary storytelling.
Now based in Los Angeles, Jose continues to collaborate with creative teams to tell stories that inspire, entertain, and connect with audiences. While the coast may have changed, he is lifelong Knicks fan and remains a loyal Mets fan through the chaos, heartbreak, and emotional rollercoaster of convincing himself that better days are ahead.
