As Story Producer, Jose helped shape the series narrative by developing character-driven storylines around players fighting for their opportunity to make an XFL roster. Jose worked closely with producers and editors to identify compelling personal journeys, emotional turning points, and the stakes behind each athlete's pursuit of the game. Jose sifted through hours of verite footage to uncover authentic moments and emotional beats to build cohesive episodes that captured the pressure, emotion, and journey chasing a professional football career.
